Erin Walsh advises Harbor Freight Tools for Schools on areas of partnership, advocacy, research and policy. She oversees grant partnerships with SkillsUSA, Partnership to Advance Youth Apprenticeship (PAYA), and CTE Foundation Sonoma County.

Erin served in the administration of Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa as Associate Director of Legislative and Intergovernmental Relations, as a member of the Mayor’s education team, and as facilitator of the administration’s second-term strategic planning effort. She served in prominent roles during the 2004 presidential election, including leading a voter protection program.

Previously, Erin worked as a litigation associate at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson on securities and general commercial matters. Erin is a past Co-Chair of the Women’s Political Committee and has served on the group’s Executive Committee since 2009. She received her B.A from Yale University and her J.D. from UCLA School of Law.
